Glenn and Mandy met while studying Architecture at University.  After pursuing their careers separately they established Perry Underwood DESIGN in 2002.   Together they have 4 children and 2 dogs.

We believe a home should be a reflection of who you are and how you live.  It should enhance your lifestyle, feed your spirit and provide a sense of comfort and security for the family.

After graduating Glenn spent 7 years working at Metier3 Architects.  His roles included; Site Architect for Melbourne University Private's School for Energy and the Environment; Site Architect for The Rialto Plaza Upgrade; Site Architect for Country Road Headquarters in Richmond; Design & Documentation Team Member for work on the National Gallery of Victoria.

Glenn has long had a keen interest in Rammed Earth, his final year Thesis was titled "Build Naturally with Earth".  In 2015 he spent 2 weeks taking part in a hands-on SIREWALL Workshop on Bainbridge Island in Washington State, USA.

After graduating Mandy worked for Ozcraft Homes.  Her roles included; Design & Documentation; Client Liason; Co-ordination with Planning Departments and Building Surveyors to obtain Permits.
